ARC Furnace Transformer
LRF/ARC furnace transformers, ranging from 1000 kVA to 20000 kVA, are specialized transformers used in steelmaking processes to power Ladle Refining Furnaces (LRF) and Arc Furnaces. These transformers handle frequent overloads and jerk loads characteristic of steelmaking operations. Precautions during design include robust insulation systems, high thermal withstand capability, surge protection devices, and mechanical strength enhancements to withstand the demanding and variable load conditions in steelmaking applications.

1.5 kVA to 20 MVA having input voltage from 6 kV to 33 kV range & output voltage as per customer requirement
